1.Begin by preheating the grill to 175 degrees C.
2. In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt together.
3. Using a pastry blender (or a fork if you don’t have one), add the butter and combine until the mixture is crumbly. Place to one side for a moment.
4. In another mixing bowl, add the blackberries, sugar, flour, and lemon juice together and stir until coated.
5. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch pan and pour the fruit mixture into the bottom. Top with the oat mixture.
6. Bake on the grill with the lid closed for 45 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbling and the crisp topping has turned Golden.
7. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving up. Enjoy with cold ice cream or some whipped cream!
