For the marinade:
3 tbsp white, balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh, chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
For the banana salsa:
2 bananas, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, minced
3 tbsp minced red onion
1 red pepper, roasted, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
2 tsp honey
A pinch of salt
Juice of 1 lime
