1. Place the chopped up chocolate into a bowl and place the bowl over a boiling saucepan of water.
2. Stir the egg yolks and sugar together in a saucepan over a low heat until the mixture thickens slightly, but don’t brill to a boil.
3. Remove from the heat, pour into a large mixing bowl, and add the Grand Marnier™.
4. Beat the softened butter into the chocolate mix, and then add to the egg yolks.
5. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and then fold into chocolate mix.
6. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry, gradually adding the two tablespoons of sugar.
7.Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
8. Pour or spoon the finished mixture into individual dessert glasses, cover with plastic wrap and chill well. Serve on it’s own or with fresh fruit and whipped cream!
