- Marinate the pork ribs in some olive oil, chili paste, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour, but preferably leave them overnight in the refrigerator.
- Place the marinated ribs into the Broil King® Rib Roaster and set the grill to 150°C. Cook for 2 to 3 hours until the rib bones can be removed from the meat easily.
- Mix the honey, mustard, hot sauce, and dill together in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs and then finish off with them uncovered, directly on the cooking grate at medium heat for 15 – 20 minutes
Serve with fries, mashed potato or simply on their own!
