Dumpling wrappers
FILLING INGREDIENTS
500g ground pork
2 small cloves garlic
2 teaspoons of ginger, minced
160 ml shredded cabbage
1/2 red pepper, diced
3 green onions, diced
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
160 ml fresh coriander, chopped
DIPPING SAUCE INGREDIENTS
60 ml light soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon minced green onions
To make the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients in a glass mixing bowl and whisk vigorously.
