Ingredients

6 whole chicken legs (thighs attached)
Spice rubs of your choice
Handful of wood chips of your choice

OTHER EQUIPMENT

Diffuser Kit or Drip pan with Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Keg for indirect grilling at 120ºC. Fill the diffuser kit with water and add the wood chips.
  2. Smoke the chicken legs at 120ºC for 4-5 hours, or until crispy on the outside, and the internal temperature reaches 76ºC
